Cabana Palms, whose management dubs it the sexiest and wildest place to party in "the 661," opens to the public starting tonight. The Rosedale area luxury tropical-themed ultra-lounge will host a "Naughty New Year's Party." The club is similar to venues in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco, said co-owner Marco Traversa, 37.
